As a commercial under counter dishwasher, the Hobart FXL is competent and a superhero for your bakery, snack bar, and coffee shop. With a large washing chamber to fit in bakers trays of 600 x 400mm. A usable washing chamber height of 425mm and being able to wash two racks of items at once. The FXL tank, frame, rinse arms and panels are all made from stainless steel for a durable finish. Can wash up to 40 racks per hour or approx. 720 plates.
