With the abilities of being up to wash up to 60 racks of dishes per hour, that is approx, 1080 plates or 2160 glasses per hour. Fitted with an integrated drain heat recovery and insulated hood for heat and noise reduction. Tank, frame, wash & rinse arms, panels are all made out of stainless steel. Low water usage of 2 litres per wash cycle and fitted with four different washing cycle times of 60, 90, 180 seconds and continuous mode (20-minutes).
