The Brema M350A is a modular ice flaking machine that produces 1500kg of flat ice flakes per 24 hours and is designed to fit on top of a range of Brema storage bins with differing capacities from 500kg to 1200kg.
At between –5°C and –10°C, MUSTER flaked ice is ideal for processing, transporting and preserving foods. The ice is long lasting, has a fast and efficient refrigerating effect and is easy to handle and dose.
